In a meeting on May 15, 2008 of the committee for boys' basketball, I asked the league chairs if it would be all right that I post some information for coaches regarding the collection of schedules for the 2008-2009 season.
I have created an excel spreadsheet for 20 games. Simply put, each game needs a date, visitor, home team, varsity and JV time and any neutral court information.
The file can be downloaded and saved to your computer by clicking here.
It is my hope that in standardizing the information and the format in which it is received, I can "paste the schedule files together" from each league and be accurate in posting the schedules.
After I have created the final files, I will make them available to coaches, or their designees, in excel format, to update with games to date and scores if they wish. That file will be emailed back to me time to time, and the website will be updated.
